<p><strong>I have noticed that all patterns of separation from the others and the world break down into an unfiltered flow of Reality. Reality is both immediate and intimate. When we are in flow with it, we are like a drum that vibrates to, and as, an expression of Reality. We are in flow when we remain as we are in this moment. Even though we can never leave our true nature in this moment, we can reside there knowingly.<br />
