In my experience judgement of any kind is a burden that sets up division rather than oneness. There is nothing to defend. Awareness, stillness, acceptance all consist in our divine nature which is the only truth of ourselves. Loved your post, Betty.

My experience is that judgements about good and bad, like or don’t like direct us away from the ever present Peace and Clarity. They promote suffering. They promote the drama that sometimes appeals to us in this human form. As does comparing ourselves to others: I am worse off, they are better off; they have more, I have less,, I am not as good, etc. do as well. Separation is a painful state of mind. Devine nature is not a state of mind. We are a circle of equals carrying the same Devine Spark within us. We are one body with many faces, as we used to say at the end of our Friday night groups. When we embrace our Devine Oneness we know our Devine nature.
