When we refuse to allow any movement of mind away from the present, we notice that the world is naturally still, and not a part of a contrived process to be still. Engaging in life without a highly personal perspective clearly shifts our relationship with life in a radical way. Now, life decisions are informed by the clarity and immediacy of the needs of the moment.
Detaching from old and centered patterns, such as an egocentric identification with the idea that we are only a body-mind, which is separate from all the objects that appear in the world, results in engaging in life from a much more loving, fresh and inspiring perspective. How glorious it is to be awake and aware in this timeless eternal moment! Be still and let the insights come and serve you!!!!
I have found that combining the Zen practices of Kin Hin and Zazen, along with the Shamanic Journeying has allowed me to detach from old and centered patterns in order to engage in life from a fresh and inspiring perspective.
My suggestion is to start your exploration into this site and the nature of the investigations that I would love to share with you as WE surrender to Eternal Now-ness together.
