It is the resistance to pain that results in suffering. The ongoing challenge is for us to be attentive to pain in the same loving way that we are toward any movement of energy that flows through life.
Pain and Suffering

When I allow any feeling instead of resisting it, I am able to let it pass through and the energy transforms into peace.
I am working through a tipping point ,and I notice my tolerance for pain tends to be limited. I can get stuck (more briefly than before) in a fuck everything attitude. My habits seem to intensify ,and the famous line “what’s the point of doing this” comes up. Joeness continues to come and go ,but suffering is on me.
The tipping point is where the idea of falling apart and the reality of coming together converge. The eternal silent witness is aware of a sense of rebirth. What was imagined to be falling apart was necessary for the reality of coming together.
