I offer these out as signposts or Knowings that have and continue to illuminate the Path of Knowing, absent a personal self or ego. I continue to work with these musings and want to open up a community dialog for further exploration. I would love some feedback!

Consciously, live a life of service.
Bow to yourself, others, and life!
Create the life you want to live.
Fresh eyes are wise eyes; absent a personal point of view.
Knowing without a “knower” is rooted in pure, unfiltered BODY awareness.
I listened to OM Mani Padme Hum 2. My experience was that there was no time involved. It was over before it started sort of. And for me that’s awesome. I was no mind and when no mind there is no time. I plan to listen to Om Mani Padme 1 in the next few days.
Thoroughly enjoying reading your comments here, slowing down to ponder… spent time on the Maines coastal waters and for some reason after reading these I started thinking about the Bald Eagle, that now is so common there and how we might call it Special, yet it’s now equally a Common Crow , seagull, osprey, a scavenger amongst the best of them. Helping me realize that’s a new awareness on my part that nothing is More special then anything or anyone else, yet there is a special feeling like I had , when the down beat of the wings as one flew close over my head before looking up to see it’s magnificent size. I feel that in VT when the Crows show up in the morning or the hummy buzz’s by, perhaps we Bow to each other, a simple Hello there! in passing, as you and I would. I returned to my gardens who are coming to the closing of their seasons service, always very grateful for all they give, with a lil Love and tending even with Natures over watering, still the Borages brilliant Blue flowers making me smile above the tall grass I start to weed out. You are all up there in my Special category tho, love you! Namaste.
Here is another view of creating our life, as I see it. At a deeper level we create our lives by how we react or do not react to what is there in every moment. In the Now there is acceptance and peace. There is no good or bad. What is just is. We get to choose between suffering and peace. So, there are no wrong choices and when choice is not involved involved in what happens to us there is still the choice to open to what is. There in Presence is all the help and support and guidance we need. But we must be still in order to “hear” it. We must be open to receive it.
Slowing down and opening to late summer joys: birds flying over and stopping to chat or sing, grasshoppers springing up in the grass. Tasting fresh berries and crisp cucumbers. Thanking all the bees and pollinators for the flowers and berries and cukes. Taking in the changing clouds and feeling the breeze. Bare feet in grass, clover, mud, sand and puddles. Warmth of sunshine on form. Playing with shadows and shade from the leafy trees. So much to be with.
Welcoming in the lightning and rain in the evening of a very warm day…
Yes!
Beautiful! You brought me with you!
My interpretation of bowing to myself is recognizing the “God” in me and bowing to that. Realizing that alone should help me to remember that we are born with that “God Energy” within is and we are a lot more powerful than we realize. Bowing to others is a recognition that we all have that “God” in us. We are equal and intimately connected. Bowing to life is a new concept for me. I think this would be allowing life to be as it is, honoring it no matter what we encounter. Welcoming it and living it “in the moment.” This is a really beautiful and helpful reminder. With my heart, I bow to nature and it’s energy bows back if I am paying close attention.
It is somewhat surprising for me to realize that I have always created the life I wanted to live. That certainly does not mean life was not without setbacks. I knew from childhood on that I was here to serve. Parenthood was a means to serve and I served on local committees and organizations, especially around education and other things involving my children. I wanted to be a nurse. But that was not to be. Eventually I got a job in a hospital and there I had many opportunities to show compassion and go the extra mile to help people, especially those on shaky ground who needed to be seen and heard and helped. But what is most important to me is to raise my vibration up, to be in the Now, so that my interactions with others and the energy which comes from my words or emotions is uplifting to others. I am mindful that we all influence people, sometimes directly and sometimes people we never know through them”butterfly effect.” If I want peace in this world the first thing I must do is find peace in myself. I am hoping through the “hundredth monkey” rule that as people change we will get to a tipping point where we are all preparing for a shift to a higher vibration where there is peace and unity, community and love for one another and for this planet. It starts with individuals. Raising children, working in a hospital and belonging to this group are some of the things I made happen to create the life I wanted to live.
For me a life of service is about being concerned about the welfare of others enough to take action when the opportunity appears. It could be as little as a smile, or stopping to help someone in some small way. It stems from my understanding that there is no “other” and we are all here to assist and be assisted. It is often a desire to connect with someone in a way that says we are not separate. I truly cannot help others without simultaneously helping myself. We are all one. The part of my job that I loved was to be of service to others. I treated them as I would want to be treated; their family members as if they were my family. It made my life meaningful and caused me to be aware of my connection with others, even “strangers.”
There is a Knowing, which does not come from learning, which I have experienced as a direct input from source. It is not a Wisdom that is learned from hearing but a wisdom that is experienced and recognized in the heart as Truth.
There are precious moments in life when nothing happens. There is no object of awareness, just a still attention that does not refer directly to anything. The lack of an object of awareness keeps attention on awareness itself. There is a profound sense of peace and completeness. Nothing Doing.
The Intent to see life with fresh eyes is rooted in pure grace.
My physical body relaxes as “I” spend more time staying present. The objects in the common space are held together by light and stillness. The mind chatter is full of afterthoughts. The bodies innate knowing is rooted in simple pragmatism.
I have definitely learned the benefit of seeing things for the first time, every time, is a good way to experience life. Seeing things from an idea of what we think they are distracts from the experience. Dropping all previous ideas not always gives a fresh experience but allows us to see something we might have missed otherwise. Fresh eyes are connected to the vast informative and intuitive intelligence of source.
