A Direct Experience!

You are not a thought. You are what a thought appears and disappears within. Take a moment and appreciate what you really are! What do you notice as you shift attention away from the next thought (the thinking process) and towards what it arises within (a direct experience of what you are)? What is the feel of the direct experience of what you are? Practice doing this simple exercise for longer periods of time and please post what you notice!
