Please allow the focus of attention to relax and surrender to the vibrant living space between objects that appear in the world. Take a break from our conditioned fixation on objects of attention.
Instead, open to an already open, boundless, and formless energetic essence, which perpetually shines through, between, and within everything in the world.
What do you notice?
I’ve been inviting the Lightening Beings and other helpful beings to work with me. As I was walking around, caught in thought, I heard, “Everything is alright.” I heard it AND I felt it! Thought dropped, replaced by an amazing feeling of peace.
You were listening!
Well, that helps explain the bursts of light I’ve been enjoying recently. Like the old flash cubes on a camera.
My simple mind could not grasp Oneness. For me it was something I remembered in my heart when I slipped into it between thoughts.
The innate timelessness of primal awareness is like walking through clouds that can never be understood from a personal point of view. Such simple awareness reveals the helplessness of thought. Awareness of awareness is one with awareness itself.
Yesterday is dead and gone.
Tomorrow’s out of sight…
Helplessness of thought. I love that. I find that if I step back and view the machinations of thought and the (un)processing of emotional energy, it is there that I find detachment from the self that is being observed and experience this as awareness. In this space, there is no opinion, nothing to know, think, or feel about anything, yet it is within this divine silence ‘all’ is connected and playing out. Also, that’s a great song Keshav.
Nothing becoming Something is a personal consequence…
(Keshav Howe)
When I find myself in emptiness I find it is full. My experience is that it where Love, Peace, Wisdom, Oneness, Support, abides. That’s the best I can do to describe my remembrance of it. It is ineffable. But my personal self does not enter in. I have to give up self in order to experience it. Yet, paradoxically, Oneness and separation are all a part of the Whole. This is how I understand it.
I think it’s wonderful that mind yields to the truth of it, even though to mind it is paradoxical. Isn’t it amazing the degree to which we must be willing to let go of… to see something so obvious, thought needn’t be consulted for us to be fully engaged.
