Birth and Death!
As the "I" of one moment dissolves and is gone, the "I" of the next moment arises fresh and new. These discrete "I"s are neither the same or different, and are conceptualized by mind into a single continuous self or me. The end of each moment is a renewal point; only through the death of the old moment can a new one arise. That which has the power to renew itself is eternal. If we were a continuous self, we would be unaffected by the renewal process of birth and death; life would then be nothing but irrelevant mind projections! If you understand what is being shared, what specific actions are necessary to live it every moment!
