Morally, emotions are parked in neutral, yet full of remarkable insights when we remain present with them and how they flow. 3. Emotions cannot be controlled or managed if we are trying to label them as good or bad. They cannot inform us of their inner wisdom if we continue to resist or deny them. Only then, can emotions be recognized and appreciated as opportunities to provide us with insights that can and do open us up for personal growth. I bear witness to so many unrestrained emotional displays on "reality" television and social media. Confusing blame with responsibility, and lashing out in anger against "them" is a lazy way to misappropriate or totally avoid the true value of emotional insights. Emotions are here to guide us how to open our eyes to unlimited possibilities. Diane on October 30, 2021 at 12:12 PM Keshav. Can we control our emotions or is a better term manage?
