Focused Observation!
When we fully accept that the observer and the observed are one, then the energy expanded trying to change or evaluate what is happening in the present moment is freed up for focused observation. Focused observation is only possible when full attention is dedicated to observation; there is no observer. Then, what is observed and what is observing are fundamentally transformed because they are no longer objects.
