Not Knowing!

Our real nature is a still, silent, stateless and timeless not-knowing. The moment that knowing comes in, we are caught in time and conditioned concepts about life. I invite you to familiarize yourself with listening, looking, hearing and tasting without the interference of conceptualization. Do so by resisting the urge to name, judge, compare, evaluate, or justify. As J. Krishnamurti pointed out: "Once a child is told that a bird is a bird, they will never see the bird again."  So please, simply play with perception without conceptualization. What do you notice!
