For the most part, we experience or view life through a veil of ideas, concepts and interpretations. Therefore, we know a lot about life, but by doing so we miss the obvious suchness of life. My invitation is to shift your attention away from what is already known about what is being observed. Try this – when you walk into a room, let the objects see you. Pause and don't take the seeing to them, but meet the seeing half way. By doing that you can develop an understanding of the mutual interdependence between all "objects." Remember, you are not seeing – it is the seeing that is seeing! What do you notice when you play with this experiment over the course of a few or several days!!
I am not interested in theories about this quote – what is your direct experience
of what I am sharing!
I look forward to your insights!
