Observation Without An Observer!
At first it may be challenging to observe life without identifying with what is observed. Yet, if we remain vigilant, mind activity is purified enough so that we can dispassionately take note of bodily sensations, sensory perceptions, and mental activity. An autonomous stillness naturally blossoms between observer and observed. Within that silence, the absence of dwelling on the past or imagining the future, even for a moment, reveals that our innate luminous spirit permeates all of existence.
