    Was going through the process of passing a/some kidney stones and, quite clearly, lived and felt the many “I’s” that are layered upon Oneself.
    The body and mind became absorbed in the pain and focused on taking the necessary steps to achieving relief while the essence of being “watched” and “provided “ an unchanging and unaffected loving & wise center.
    There was no need for panic or to seek help, the actions emanating from the center were quite practical and helpful. While, on one level, I was completely absorbed by pain and delirium, “I” flowed through it all for the 5 1/2 hours it took to pass the stones.
    Since this happened early Monday morning, I have continued to be able to shift between the “I’s” finding the veil to be transparent.
    When the stones moved, the flow was strong and the relief was immediate. Sleep came readily and I enjoyed the stillness without the other drama.

    Yes, Russ and we think things are different because of the color of candy coating. Yet, we are all trying to get to the same place, a place we have always been.
