Stopping – Part 4!
Stopping our search for who or what we really are simply requires letting everyone and everything to be as it is – if only for a few moments. The Me-Go or seeker is like a fish looking for water because it assumes that it is not everywhere. Imagine when it realizes that it has been in water all along? As an experiment, look inside and look for you! What do you find? At best, you can feel a sense of self, but do you find a self? Ruthlessly stay with your own experience. Note: If we are fixated on self and love spaciousness, then we have to be careful not to follow the false difference between self and space. Just as play, every time that you look inside and find space call it self! What do you notice!?
How does this quote apply to your every day living experience. I am not interested in theories about this quote – what is your direct experience
of what I am sharing!
I look forward to your insights!
