Whenever I try and watch thoughts, I cannot find them; there is just a "blank space." And, what I initially imagined to be blank space is really open awareness, openly accepting of all that is passing through.
The Space Between Two Thoughts!

The blue of the sky, the hawks calling, removing wallpaper, patching and prepping walls for paint are helping me stay in the space between thoughts
Getting lost in tonight's sunset made room for a peace of mind; a knowing that I was being gently supported…
It is a good way to remember our mutual divinity and acknowledge our oneness. We are there supporting each other no matter how far the distance. Really grateful we can connect by zoom. Thank you, Keshav.
As I mentioned last night – now is an opportunity to reintroduce bowing to each other, with a gentle whisper of: Namaste!
yah…..i am logged in!!!!! so i guess i was stuck somewhere in cyber space between the thoughts…..maybe the time when we feel we are “lost” is really just the space between thoughts….but we have to label it and make it a problem ..!!…good to see you all tonight on line ….xoxoxoxo
I was rereading on the plane about the Bardo, and this seems to be the true space in which we live between birth and death. I like the thought that our God space holding us together is also like being in neutral. It makes total sense and I love it!
I say it best when I say nothing at all. It is a true gift to embrace that space in the middle – together! Laughter is lighting the way; what a release of tension!!
Once when sitting with Keshav during our one-on-one session I suddenly dropped into the space between the thoughts. I started to laugh. I did't know why I was laughing, but it seems when we can see what is really going on we find that other self and the predicaments it puts itself in are hilarious.
During last nights session the commitment to stillness was met with watching a self that was drawn to suffering as if it was a drug. That aspect of myself wanted so desperately to sit in a place of agitation that I started to laugh.
Sitting "in circle" together in silence is an ongoing blessing for me. I feel so much love and support when we meet in the middle of the circle, and openly acknowledge the God Space that holds us all together.
We are each other's wake up call! Let's continue to wade into uncertainty and fear together. Let's commit to consciously open our eyes together, in the common ground of Being…
Here's looking at you.
I have experienced the same thought countless times. My reality depends on my choice whether or not to attach to any agitation that might shoot through consciousness when these thoughts arise.
My commitment to maintaining my relationship with that “empty” space has made that choice increasingly easy. Mind seems to become more obsessed with “who is the one that is aware of self”, when we continually experience this god space.
Acceptance is the key – with no limits it is the essence of expansiveness and so open awareness takes all in. Namaste.
