Fear is an energy that simply points us to a fundamental misunderstanding. Where is this someone called me that gets hurt and exactly what gets hurt? So, if fear arises, turn your attention onto the raw energy of fear, rather than following the pattern of thinking that is actually generating the fear. In other words, rather than following the mind stream away from the present moment, pause, stay present and notice the energy of the fear, as the energy of the fear. What is noticed?
