You Are Not An Object!

When we identify ourselves as an object, we experience isolation and anxiety because we are living in an altered state of division. You as a separate self is only a mind construct that is part of a highly conditioned way of experiencing! The only choice is to stop experiencing life from the point of view of what we believe ourselves to be, and to engage in it from our totality. Then mind is an intelligent vehicle of awareness – there is nobody who is intelligent. There is only presence. There is nobody who is present and nothing to seek, because nothing can be more near to you than what you are.
